Apple NYC creates new display: iCustomers

Ryan over at Ranex photoblogged about his friends getting trapped in the Apple NYC store's glass elevator for 45 minutes. The photo reminds me of Logan's Run; I think they were on their way to Carousel.

Apple Serial Numbers decoded

There's an on-line service where you enter an Apple device serial number, and it tells you about the device.

Sadly, it didn't recognize my Apple ///+ or //c, but it should work for anything from the Macintosh era.
